Data and purposes: the form collects name, professional email and, where supplied, company, role and area of interest, together with evidence of consent and technical data required for transmission. These data are used solely to manage the News Nutra & AI briefing and, when expressly selected, to respond to a request for a free introductory conversation about AI tools and automation for professional activities.

Legal basis: processing is based on consent. Providing data is optional, but name, email and consent are necessary to manage the request. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the address above or using an unsubscribe link where available.

Retention and recipients: data are retained only as long as necessary to manage the relationship and, unless further obligations apply, no longer than 12 months after the last relevant contact. Form submissions are handled by Formspree and email by OVHcloud. Data are not sold and are not used for automated decisions producing legal or health effects.

Your rights: where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Sensitive data and AI: the form does not request health, genetic, judicial or other special-category personal data. Do not submit such information through the site or initial messages. AI tools discussed in the editorial content do not automatically process form submissions.
