DOMINO.
A delivery changes.
What happens next?
A delay can affect production, checks and deliveries. DOMINO compares the possible responses and prepares tasks and notices for each department.
The raw material will arrive nine days late.
What changes
for each department.
Open a department and follow the data linking it to the others. Every consequence has a source; every task has an owner.
Compare dates,
costs and constraints.
Change the constraints. Compare the plans. Figures are recalculated using the demonstration company’s data.
Scenario gross margin = revenue − base cost − incremental costs. Excluding VAT; penalties, fixed costs and lost revenue are not estimated.
From a plan to deliveries,
tasks and notices.
Select a plan to explore its deliveries, tasks and communications. Drafts remain subject to verification and approval.

What you are using
An interactive simulation with fictional data and reproducible local calculations. Animations visualise the event’s path. This demo does not call an AI model or update real business systems.
How it works in a company
AI can read and classify emails and attachments, extracting data with source references. A rules engine checks quantities, dates and constraints, then compares plans. ERP, inventory and CRM integrations prepare tasks; external actions follow agreed authorisations and checks.
Data, formulas and simplifications
Day 0 is 2 November 2026. The model uses calendar days, one product and dedicated capacity. Production = quantity / daily capacity rounded up; Quality = 1 day. Deliveries follow procurement, production and release precedence. Balanced comparison adds €0.15 per pack per day of delay to cost: this is an illustrative weight, not a contractual penalty. Real projects need company calendars, batches, yields, expiry dates, constraints and rules.
