NCT07788833 is a randomised, placebo-controlled masked trial in 120 healthy adults. The intervention is RSB11-HI, a heat-inactivated preparation derived from Lactiplantibacillus plantarum RSB11, taken once daily for eight weeks.

Before randomisation, participants are assigned to one of three populations: general healthy, perimenopausal or mild inflammation. Body-weight change from baseline to week eight is primary, with metabolic, gastrointestinal and quality-of-life outcomes expanding the exploratory frame.

The registry allows assessment of the design, not efficacy. Until results are published, it cannot show that the postbiotic supports weight loss or produces distinct responses across the three subgroups.

Evidence limit
